I have previously found photos from group members very helpful when choosing/placing plants so does anyone have a photo of red physocarpus - Lady in Red / Diablo from their own garden they'd be happy to share please?
Thank you.

    Hope this gives you ideas.

This is Physocarpus opulifolius Little Joker.

Quote www......'Little Joker' _ 'Little Joker' is a compact, rounded deciduous shrub with upright branches bearing broadly ovate, lobed, toothed, maroon to purple-flushed, dark green leaves and dense corymbs of small, cup-shaped, white to pale pink flowers in summer. Flowers are followed by bladder-like, green-flushed, red fruit"

    Thank you @Silver surfer.
You were actually the person I thought of when I posted this as I have seen some of your lovely photos before.
    Perfect,  many thanks.

We had Diablo, and hard pruned it every year, to keep it as a smallish shrub. If you don't have a lot of room, there is a dwarf variety (Little Devil, to the right of the photo below). I suspect this is similar to the Little Joker one above.

It only grows to about 1.5 metres in height and diameter, and can be hard pruned.

Thank you all. It looks good against the green leaves in @LToby pictures.
