Yes it is an Erigeron glaucus. Could be the pink or purple form?I grow one called E Darkest of All.
I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

Yes, erigeron glaucus or seaside daisy.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Thanks. Are they seen as a bit weedy? It seems to grow and spread very well in this garden!

It is a great plant for a warm sunny spot long flowering. Doesn't look it's best at this time of year.
