In my wildest dreams

What I dream of:

http://serresdantan.com/serres-2 (look at their "exceptions" or outstanding in English, and also check their restored ones!). Oh drool.

In reality, I will hopefully at some time get a small polycarbonate one ( a) cost and b) less of a risk with dogs who don't always look where they're going).

Years ago I ordered the cheapest one, polycarbonate, I could find, ad was in "Rustica" magazine. I was living in France. It arrived, "made in England" on it. I loved it, grew tons of plants, flowers and veg. Now they have small cheap ones for sale in Leclerc SM. I was wondering about one for my new French house but I'm in England so often nowadays because of UK based OH.

What I dream of is a small cottage and about 6000 acres.
I'd struggle to fit a 2 x 1ft plastic covered frame in my garden. 😄
  • Ah, but with 6000 acres you could have the most mahoosive greenhouse in the world!

Back to reality here - I'm going to pick up a couple of old 1.75m x .4m windows on Saturday. I've got enough old bricks kicking around already so that'll have to do for now. 5€ the lot. Sounds like my sort of budget!
