As I said, I just hoiked them, and others, out of the ground during a late season weeding/tidying up session. I noticed that two were suitavble for training and had relatively undamaged roots. I put them in the greenhouse ubtil I had time available. I supported them quickly and crudely so that they took up less space. I left the branches to contribute some photo synthessis, but will prune those out early to avoid stem scars.
Believe me, they are in safe hands.
