Pink princess Philodendron problems

I got this Pink princess about 2 years ago with one big broad leaf. It was happy the first year putting on 3 lovely new leaves but in the last year it’s only given me 3 tiny leaves and the big broad leaf has dropped off. I need some help bringing it back to life.
