Advice on growing mini cucumbers

  • I have grown Beth Alpha for two years now, both inside and out. I haven't found the skins much thicker outside,  but they do produce less fruit. They get going later outside,  because you have to wait until after the last frost,  but I do start mine inside and then plant out into tubs. You would need 2/3 outdoor plants to keep you going all summer. Also as these seeds are cheaper than some , and readily available from GC , you won't mind planting more than you need and then picking the best to grow on. You could always give any spares to friends. 😁
  • Thanks @purplerallim. I think starting them off inside is a good idea and what I'll do. 😊
