Leggy seedlings

To try and prevent leggy seedlings I have bought (quite cheaply) grow lights and put them in the greenhouse.  They don't appear to be any use.  Anyone recommend a suitable light which I could fix up.  I can attach it to a timer.

    Grow lights should be fine, although in a g/h there should be enough light to prevent leggy seedlings.

    Welcome to the forum @mickandpennyKTxOJhoa. Can you give us some more information on the seeds you are germinating also whether the greenhouse is heated etc.
