What plant is this please?

I took this picture a couple of years ago  but it's now not looking so healthy and it didn't flower last year.  So I'm going to repot it but I don't know what it is.  I think it's a bit pot bound as well.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

    @JJnovice it looks like Madagascar Jasmine ( Stephanotis Floribunda).

    The flowers are definitely stephanotis-like

    We have one and 3 years ago we had to move it, in the same room but a different spot. It didn't like it one bit. It started to lose leaves and looked miserable. We did repot it and gradually it started to grow again. The flowers weren't brilliant but last year we did have more of them.
