Peony update

Took everyone advice and now I have these healthy looking plants... should I wait til warmer weather or can they go in the ground

A nice sunny site with friable, free draining soil, is their preference
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
If the forecasts aren't suitable for getting them in the ground - ie snow/frost/ice, just wait for a few weeks until it is more suitable. If your soil is cold and wet [very common at this time of year] that's not much good either.
There's nothing to gain from planting things out too early, especially when they've been undercover for a while ,and are just starting to grow.
Just put them outside for a while on decent days so that they'll be nice and sturdy, and well acclimatised when you do plant them
