  i am not obsessed with the post war period in Britain.
  as for aspect history  i research , I  deal with food and
  gardening only.  if you you want I will post some pre
  or post ww1 gardening,  ww2 and great depression
   era gardening info from uk, au and USA.
  
  pansy face i ignore the parts the era you refer to
  because this is garden message board not a social 
  or political one.  though garden and food are affected 
  by the things you mention above they also can be seen
  independently  of it. gardening info has aspects that have
  not changed for a hundred years, culture, social and
  political thingpart change constantly.

  Nice idea ,I actually don’t think there are many on the site that share your interest ,that’s a shame for you .I did look at your comic cuts and found it interesting from the view of history ,but I would advise not to really persevere with your current line of posting .

  I agree @bcpathome. You're a trier @war garden 572, all credit to you. I've found some of your articles interesting from the history point of view but mainly not practical these days. However, if you feel you want to share your interest then I'm sure some members would like to read them.
