I've been trying to buy Gardeners' World Live tickets, using my Subscriber number to save 30%, however, it doesn't recognise my number, and the offer expires tomorrow

If you drop the Gardeners' World Live team an email on [email protected] they should be able to look into why this isn't working for you.
