Magazine Premium Subscription

Hi All, my wife has purchased a 6 month gift subscription for me for the magazine. It arrived today and I have my 10 digit subscriber number but the website won’t let me enter it. Is this because the subscriber number belongs to my wife whi used her email address even though it is in my name.

    I had the same problem when my OH bought me a gift subscription. It was about five years ago but I think it was the different email address causing problems. There was a help/contact bit on the main GW site/subscription page (not this forum) so I emailed them and they changed the email address on the account and sorted it out for me.
