I cannot see how to correct my contact email address and user name.

I cannot see how to correct my contact email address and user name. Under EDIT PROFILE it is only allows me to edit my 'Location' or 'About me' info

    it looks like I may have to delete my old account and start again.

    It's not easy @mike.curti - but you have to go into Gardeners World.com [above left] and do it from there. Press the option My Hub  [top right] and follow the info.
    You might have to log out and back in
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Should have said - you press settings in that bit too  :)
    It' s very poor that it's so difficult.

    Just to add - your email can't be seen by anyone on the forum. We get asked that quite often.  :)
    I don't know why you can't do all those things in the way you tried at first. Seems daft to me that it's so awkward, but hopefully you're sorted now  :)

    No. Tried setting up a NEW account - mike-cantab as user name, with my corrected email address, the original had the 's' missing of curtis. I then logged in with the new details but it takes me back to the account with the incorrect info :( I have 60 years experince in the computer world!!! Taught my self to program a mini computer ( size of 4 office desks joined together) in 1961 and then worked on massive mainframes from 1968 and pcs from 1983!!!

    click on gardeners world logo in black
    Click on hub
    click on personal details 
    click on email address
    save changes
    log out and back in

    Hope this works

    Might be easier just to leave it as @mike.curti  :D
    Did you save the settings after changing the name? I know there can often be a problem with that too. 
    I'm not particularly tech savvy, but if you're still having problems, and no one else can help, it might be easier to contact the main site. Details are down below.

    ….definitely not working, I tried to change my user name.
