Weird stuff

About 5 days ago I put some new compost into my end of the polytunnel growing area, this is where I grow my tomato plants, I also mixed in some blood fish and bone, today I was astonished to find a sort of cobweb covering of some type of Fungi, can anyone tell me what this is, and what has caused the reaction. Thanks,
