Warm winter making fruit trees bloom

The warm winter and sunny days have triggered my peach and pear trees to bud break. Isn't it way too early for that to happen?

Must be a weird trend I'm experiencing with fruit trees. The bloody things keep blooming too early.
The UK has been seeing warmer winters as the Met office explains. It may not feel like it when we had that week of freezing temperatures

I'm in the SW, and it was really mild until December, and we've just had a consistent 9⁰ without rain for a couple of weeks.
The water butt has been empty for a fortnight!
