Unable to access Premium, no prompt to add subscriber number

I have been trying unsuccessfully for 2 months to access the Premium content on the website but I'm just in a loop where it tells me to add my subscriber number when prompted, but the prompt never comes, I just get directed back to the same page. After contacting Customer Service my call got 'escalated' in November but I've heard nothing since. Has anyone got any ideas?

    I'm currently waiting for someone to find out why no emails are being sent to me. Hope it's just a glitch cos I'm having to go back 2/3 weeks to find one to get to this site.

    I have the same problem when trying to access on my iPhone but it’s ok on my laptop
