Not grown Gloriosa before, they didn't do anything inside the GH so give up hope and put them outside over summer and up they popped. They look really nice hopefully I can get them through winter Miscanthus Memory not easy to photograph being near next door white van
The reconfigured Salvia Bumble hedge is flowering well. It should be double the height next year. I gave it the hedge trimmers in early Sept and it's now coming into full flower again.
Undoubted star of the moment is this Acer which we inherited when we moved in 25+ years ago. It really is this red. Most years we don't get to enjoy it as the leaves are immediately blown off.
