Please ID my shrub for me

I would love to know what this shrub is.

I can't remember the flowers - I think maybe they were a pink-white colour, or possibly just white.

It really has overgrown and needs to be cut back, so I'd love to know what it is, so I can make sure I'm cutting it at the right time of year.

I'd like to cut it back now if I can.

    Thank you so much Pete.8 and nutcutlet, I looked up pictures of the Choisya Aztec Pearl and I think you are absolutely right!

    You can prune it in spring but make sure a frost is not forecast for the following night or day.   have a read of this which will explain where and how to cut for best results:
