Can I cook THIS 800G pork boneless leg joint on gas S (slow) setting?

    If you've done the long slow cook you shouldn't need a thermometer. It should fall apart, almost.

    How did it turn out @young codger? Oh, I’ve just seen that you say it just fell apart, so I’m guessing you did the long, slow cooking after an initial hot burst of heat? 😁
