    Also bear in mind whether you need the handrails kept clear to hold on to.

  • Alchemilla - mine has self seeded in cracks in our old concrete yard....green leave that holds the rain or dew in droplets with dainty yellow blossom floating in the air above....it dies back completely in the winter and mine only gets a quick trim with clippers if it gets too much....simple but oh so lovely...
