Self fertile apple tree

I have been given a Cox's Orange Pippin as a present. Can anyone confirm if it is fully self fertile or not. Different sites say opposing things

If so, you should be able to identify the nursery it came from and find out which type of cox it is.
The label should also give an indication of the rootstock that the cox was grafted onto - that will indicate how big the tree will grow.
Rootstocks start with an M then some numbers
If you can provide us with that info we should be able to help identify it for you.

Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
Cox's aren't the easiest apples to grow tbh, delicious as they are.
Fertilization isn't often really a problem if you live somewhere where there are lots of gardens, as many gardens will have apple trees and the bees will soon work their magic.
