What are these on the peace lily?

I started seeing these tiny white stuff on my peace lily two weeks ago. I took a very close look on them and have taken a few off the plant to examine. They don’t look like anything alive. They are not moving. They only appear on a few buds, not on the leaves or stems. What can these be?

Pollen I think. If you're talking about the powdery stuff.

I agree ... the white dusting on the leaves is pollen shed from the flowers.

I thought the white dust was on our screen. Whoops. Yes pollen.

Thank you all! I’m relieved. Sorry for the silly question. They look like some kind of aphids but they are not moving so I was a bit confused…
