Please identify this attractive plant & as it's in the wrong location, advice as when to re-locate it.

    It looks really good grown up against or 'draped' over a hard surface such as a wall to set off the lovely 'herringbone' pattern of the branches.  Great flowers for bees and berries for birds.  

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
