I did a quick reccie around the garden this morning. Found white and pink sasquana camellias in flower, an azalea, Hot lips salvia, marigold and scabious, winter-flowering honeysuckle, primroses, and geum. I think the incoming colder weather may well put a stop to most of the flowers, nerines, and schisostylus as well as a wonderful vermillion species fuschia which is still a real splash of colour with the nerines. I have lost my potato peeler and veg. knife. Did a quick ruck through the top of the compost heap but no luck.So annoying.
