Tree ID - new house help!
Hi folks,
We are in the process of buying this house with two trees close to the house which were noted in the home report.
I am hoping to ID them to understand if they are high consumers of water / high risk of damaging the property.
1) Can anyone ID the two trees in this picture?
2) Does anyone else have trees close to their house and any advice / comments?
3) If you know what the shrubs are too would love to hear!

There was a drainage problem with the property that was resolved with guarantees. I'm waiting to get details so no idea what it was but I'm so paranoid now about the trees as I'm a worrier!
The previous owners sold purely as their parents died and they had to move to over the farm, so not aware of them having moved due to problems.
Thanks

It looks like a Sorbus....common name rowan.
It is far enough away from the house . It is classes as a small tree .
Shouldn't cause any nuisance, danger to drains or foundations.
Tree on right appears to be the other side of the fence.
Need decent pics.
Shrub with golden flowers may be Hypericum.
Need clear pics.
See link for tree height and recommended distance from houses.

If you are really worried then they are your trees...cut them down.
But that seems a shame.
Unfortunately I have no photos of my own at the moment, but as soon as we get round I will take some. Tried to have a wee look on Google Street View etc but the photos there pre-date the trees.
