I don't have this tree GardenerSuze, but agree it's too difficult to name it from just leaves, as nucutlet says. Perhaps reading a few descriptions on nursery websites could help, taking into account shape, size etc?
The species styraciflua has a number of named cultivars. But I can't help you.
My species one is very variable, the leaves colour differently depending on the season, the amount of sun they get, and their age. Yours could come from one plant or several.
The shape of the tree may be more helpful. "Worpleson" is, for example, very upright. The amount of cork on the branches is also indicative. Perhaps researching its origin might prove more fruitful.
