2 climbers which seem to be thriving in shade on a North-facing fence.  Neighbour (from where they've come, through the fence) I think has star jasmine and honeysuckle, but don't let that put you off IDing them accurately!  Thanks!

    Just guesses-
Top one looks like a clematis of some sort
Bottom one looks like a Virginia Creeper type of climber
    Neither are star jasmine

  • Good guesses I think, @Pete.8.  Neither of those is a honeysuckle either.

Or a Star Jasmine. I agree with Pete 8.

The Jasmine is most likely Jasminum Officinale.

Parthenocissus,  the other is probably Clematis.

Thanks all.  Yes, we have Virgina Creeper (Parthenocissus) in spades, so it's likely that - I'd recognise big leaves of that, but not these tiddlers.
I was convinced I'd seen honeysuckle flowers so will have a delve around to see if I've found all the plants in the mass of green taking over my fence and guttering :) .
Be nice to have a "free" clematis :) but I've looked up Borderline's suggestion and the Google pics of Jasmine Officinale look familiar.  I'll stick some pics of the stems of that plant up tmrw to see if that helps differentiate clematis from jasmine.
    Thanks again!

I agree with pete 8.....Clematis and Parthenocissus quinquefolia,

Jasminum officinale leaves are very different.
