What is this large tree? The branches appear to have sagged under their own weight and have lots of vertical sucker
like shoots. The leaf maybe distinctive - there seem to be green bract like structures at the base of the petioles

Looks like a Salix species....a willow tree.
The main trunk has fallen/blown down and tree is still rooted and growing up towards the light.
