Hi @toby.independentgardener and welcome to the forum 😊

I wonder whether @wild edges recognises that?  if he’s looking in today he’ll get a nudge …

It looks like that common yellow flowered stonecrop - Sedum acre, or something similar.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
  • Thanks for the responses, much appreciated.
  • @Dovefromabove thank you, its good to be a part of it.

I can't quite get a sense of scale. How big is the pot? I think it's one of the petrosedums, probably forsterianum, AKA the Welsh Stonecrop, but it might be smaller than I'm thinking.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
  • @wild edges thanks for getting in touch, does this help? Apologies for the sideways image...
  • I can't believe I wrote ident and it got corrected to indent. My apologies, I'm glad you all understood. My first post too, what a muppet!

Yeah that looks about right. The colour is a bit more accurate in this photo too. It will be easier to tell when it flowers next summer but I'm fairly confident with the ID.

I hadn't noticed until you pointed it out. My brain's version of autocorrect working the other way I think.
