Weeds growing in newly seeded grass
The grass seed went down at the end of September and has grown nicely, however there are a lot of these small weeds coming through as well.
Is it best to spray them with something that targets them specifically?
As you can see from the pics there are still small bare patches, is it worth putting more seed down or will these patches fill in over time?
A few bits of the grass are turning yellow, what does this mean?

I'd leave them, and when you get to the stage of cutting the grass, they'll gradually disappear as they won't stand regular haircuts. You can also sow more grass seed in spring as back up, as it does look quite sparse.
It's never a good idea to start using a weedkiller on such new grass

Growth will slow down anyway, so hopefully it won't be too much of a problem in the next few months. It's been very mild in most areas recently, so it's ideal for the grass, but it's also ideal for the things you don't always want!

Best to leave them until the first mow. I would use a selective weedkiller after the that. But many wouldn't.
