Mislabelling (Is it becoming common practice?)

As a commercial grower, wholesaler you've promised to provide 40k cercis "forest pansies" in 12 months time. 12 months later you're 5k short!
What do you do, loose your contract or find the short fall somehow.
A cercis is the same as the next to most end purchasers, right! It must happen I'm sure.

I see most labels being deliberately vague around our way. I also think alot of plants, like trees, are deliberately described as being smaller than they actually get (same for shrubs really) because I think size puts most people off.
