Doesn’t look like spider mite to me. More like a normal spider’s web.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

It will be a normal spider. Mites leave very small webs underneat the leaves.
location: Surrey Hills, England, ex-woodland acidic sand.

If you have a spray bottle try lightly misting the web with water and the spider will usually come running out of its hole for a drink.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

Looks like the kind of webs our resident cellar spiders like to trail about the place.
