It's Google Lens that can help sometimes. I use Google Chrome as a browser on a Windows PC
Open a new browser window (not a new tab) and go to google.com , then click on Images (top right) in the new window. So now you have 2 browser windows. Make them small enough to both fit on the screen, then Click and Drag the photo from this website onto the other window -ย et voila! Google will show photos that look similar.
When I done that it indicated Swedish Ivy. I looked up the general latin name for Swedish Ivy then searched for pics of that and saw what looked like the original pic in this thread.
