Wisteria pruning

Some time ago Obelix kindly showed photos of wisteria before and after pruning but I cant locate this discussion, help please

    I found a post by Obelixx describing wisteria pruning but don't know how to put a link to it.
    I put 'wisteria pruning Obelixx' into search and the post was 22 April.

    Mine are still in full leaf so no formative pruning till February when they are naked and I can see which stems are diving off under gutters or are going to cover windows and so on next spring.   Other than that, you need to cut back what's left to two buds if following classic pruning for a young plant.   However, mine are mature and large with many stems so I just cut to shape them and don't count the buds.

    For the July prune, I don't count to 7 buds either.  I just cut off long whippy stems that grow outside the general framework but then I'm not growing them up a house wall with loads of windows and doors.
