It could be Limelight, but there are a few others that look similar.
I grow Vanille Fraise which looks similar but has more conical flowerheads

Limelight has conical flowers too, the flowers on yours look more dome shaped. The leaves look like a type of H. paniculata though. It could be this one:

Thanks, the flowers do look similar to Bombshell but the leaves of Bombshell appear serrated and those in the picture do not appear to be.
