In our garden, our ranunculus and muscari have started to re-sprout. We were wondering if this is a problem and if so, what to do about it? Any help, as always, would be much appreciated!
Muscari start growing at this time of year @HenryP so that's not a problem. The foliage appears long before the flowers. They'll be fine Ranunculus don't overwinter here, so I can't offer advice on those as such, but many plants are growing due to mild weather, so they may be affected a bit when winter arrives, depending on your local climate there

Yes lots of us are seeing odd things still in flower or reflowering at the wrong time. There was an item on the evening news, talking about this. I have previously posted pictures of an Apple with fruit and clusters of flowers at the same time.
