Are these honeysuckle seed pods?

This honeysuckle (I think) grows through the big holly bush. How do I care for this. Should I do nothing and cut it back next year when I shape the holly? These two  seem to have merged together

    I agree with @nutcutlet … those look like sprigs of privet with privet berries. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    Thankyou everyone for your replies I think @nutcutlet and @Dovefromabove are spot on! My other honeysuckle has red berries so I should have known 🤪

    Sometimes our brains go on holiday without us @Copperdog  😂... mine has done it more than a few times 😵‍💫
