Plant ID please

These have sprung up in one of my borders, my plant finder app says they are Oxeye daisies, but when I look online the leaves don’t look the same. Does anyone know what they are please.
Thanks

I agree with ox eyes. I have lots of them.

  • Looks right to me and popping up in unexpected places is just what they do :)
  • Thanks both, I guess I can dig them up and plant them in another part of the garden?
  • Yes, no problems if you just water in after planting. I add them to my meadow area.

Brilliant, I didn’t want to get rid of them if they are not a nuisance weed but I will replant them on a bank rather than in my border!
    Thanks for your help.

I love them. They are perennial, so you can cut the stalks back any time if they flop of go over.
  • That’s perfect for my bank as I’m filling it with perennial plants, for a change I have free plants probably thanks to the birds! 😂😂
  • Some of them came up this year, along with red campion, in a neglected bit of border full of blue and white hardy geraniums. They looked lovely together and the display lasted for ages. Some of the daisies and campion are flowering again now!
  • I had to Google red campion, isn’t it nice when plants spring up from no where. Nature as it’s best!

campion is lovely too. I would say with OED, to grow them in large-ish stands if you can. They are quite tall and willowy and keep each other up if growing in fields etc. A few plants on their own tend to fall over, I have found. They look better en masse too. Some plants just do.
