Plant ID please

Hello everyone,
Could this be viburnum bush??? Smallish, and could I prune it now to get less leggy next year?? Thank you.

    Viburnum bodnantense perhaps?

    I agree viburnum.  If you winter prune it will stimulate growth.  Normally the best time is straight after flowering. It depends on what you are trying to achieve.

    Thank you Hostafan and Allotment Boy. Yes, I-want to stimulate growth 
    but am not sure how much to take off.
