What is this? Tree suddenly growing next to pond

Hello, we have a tree randomly growing next to our pond. I can't find out what this is. Does anyone have any idea?

It looks like Paulownia Tomentosa, Foxglove Tree.

lol. I can assure you we didn't plant it! It's a mystery. Anyway, we will need to move it as it can't stay there... I assume it's ok to move whilst it's still young? (albeit growing rapidly!)

matt where do you live?
In USA this tree Paulownia tomentosa is a pest./highly invasive.
It grows very quickly.
In UK it is not a problem.

Paulownia can appear suddenly, out of nowhere. Suckers? Do the neighbours have one.
You could coppice it.
