Can anyone id this plant?  Tried plant identifier online but does give definitive answer

    Those dots don't look right for pulmonaria

    It has a beguiling blue flower but can become a real thug.

    Green alkanet.  The leaves and stems are hairy and scratchy.
    Gardening in East Suffolk on dry sandy soil.
