I'm no fan of Apple (understatement!) but this is not caused by Apple, it's caused by this site not wanting to (or having space to) host large files on behalf of its users. Which seems reasonable to me - tbh we're lucky that they'll host all the photos!

I use imovie on an apple macbook pro that comes with it. I then publish to youtube and put a link on here. I have to downsize photos, there is no way it will take a video.
When I put my videos on here, I used Splice which is free.
I run a site that uses image hosting, the photos are very small when they print to the site, apparently something like that can’t be used on this site. strangely, I can put my photos on here not reducing them, they are just under 4000
I never take portrait though.

Ease is not the issue, I don’t use nor wish to use google or subscribe to any SM accounts on principle. This forum doesn’t count!
