Another couple of quick scale insect questions
1 Is it enough to flick off the outer shell or do you need to get deeper?
2 can they lurk on adjacent plants? A Jasmine off. grows very close and I will cut it down to sticks soon. Will the scale insects latch on to the woody bits of the jasmine?
thanks chaps

Dunno about lurking, but they can pop up on quite a lot of tough or woody stemmed plants. So worth checking your Jasmine.
