    More likely Boston Ivy, parthenocissus tricuspidata.

    P. henryana is the better behaved cousin.

    Still quite rampant though. Although I have planted 2... hmm

    Apologies to all that replied, it’s been a busy week with no gardening! 

    Thank you all. I think the consensus is to get rid, which I agree with. I’ll let it do the autumn thing then try and get rid of it at the root, which is unfortunately somewhere under another shrub!!
    I’ve no idea what I’m doing.
