An amazing mysterious rose and a wildflower
in Plants
Dear Member.
Out walking last July I spotted this little flower growing by a wall, about 2 foot tall, its not a ragwort or a corn marigold, does anyone know what it is?
The dark red climbing rose has been growing in my new garden, it has no scent but what I find remarkable is the length of time the petals stay on the rose, I grow many roses, standards, climbers and ramblers, but have never come across a rose head with petal longevity like this one!
Anyone know the type and name?

What I know about roses could fit on a stamp.
