I'm on holiday in France, Blois and have come across this deep pink rose. It is very delicate, has a  yellowish centre, dark green leaves and very thin papery petals.
I've looked it up on Plant Net and it ids it as rosa pendulina lina. When I check that out on google the petals seem more robust than in my images. Perhaps it is just past its best (Sept) or maybe it is incorrect.
I wonder if any rose experts can put me straight please?
It's about 1.2m tall, shrub rose I think. Thank a lot.

I enjoy searching, a similar rose is  odorata mutablis . The petals change from yellow to deep pink.May not be this one but it might give you some ideas
  • Thanks for comments both of you. I am not sure how to access Malorena, does she respond to this if she is able, ... I hardly use social media ....
Izzy8, that looks like it yes,as there were others around it that had a different hue!
    Many thanks indeed

Sorry for the delay, I'm not around much these days.

Yes it's 'Mutabilis'.. readily available from some UK suppliers if you want one.
If you are in southern England, it will likely grow much larger than what you are seeing there.

    East Anglia, England
