Got a issue with my Solandra Maxima effecting the leaves, Goes yellow and eventualy falls off

Sorry don't know this plant but could it be over watered. Others will be able to help.

I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.
