  • How beautiful!!. Unfortunately I haven't clue, but it looks like sort of hoya-/peperomia- ish. I hope someone can identify it for you, I would love to get one for myself 😍

It does look very similar to a Hoya.
I recall this thread that has a pic of Hoya Bella - very similar in habit, but the leaves are slightly different.
    Maybe another type of Hoya..

Thank you. Its growth looks similar to the hoya in that thread but its leaves have a bit oval tip and thicker like a succulent. Yes a bit peperomia-ish leaves.

It was just a small stem with 3-4 leaves when I rescued it and over time it has developed to this beauty. I would love to have another one.

Searching for Hoya and Peperomia took me to another plant which looks closer to mine - string of nickels (Dischidia nummularia)

May be it is that but mine are a bit less round than
    string of nickels.

    possibly dischidia imbricata

see what you think Dischidia imbricata – grow urban. ( no connection to the company , listed to illustrate plant only)

or this 16 Types of Dischidia Succulents [With Pictures] | Succulent Alley - some are more like yours than others ( not imbricata , which looks quite different on this site vs the grow urban site)
Kindness is always the right choice.
