I have osteospermum growing in pots but want to transfer to garden. When is best time to do this?

    It's fine to do that now, before the ground gets too cold or wet.  Some perform best for only one year, so it depends which variety you have.  A sunny, sheltered spot would be best.  Welcome to the forum!

    I'd wait until spring now. Are you sure they're reasonably hardy ones?
