Dots on bougainvillea leaves

Does anyone know what these dots are on the leaves of my indoor bougainvillea plant? Trying to find out what it is and how to get rid of it??

    Looks like greenfly.

    I can’t quite tell but if there is there's any sticky ‘honeydew’ then likely Aphids, if there are little fine webs then spider mites. Both may improve with just washing off the leaves and you can buy sprays - look for natural/organic ingredients. 

    Others may have a better idea or experience. 
    My garden and I live in South Wales.
